CONNECT REALTY offers agents an opportunity to earn a true 80% - 95% commission split with NO Franchise Fees or Transaction Fees! As an experienced agent with 5 or more career transactions you are eligible for an 80% commission split that will not reset every year. Even newly licensed agents earn a 70% commission split until they achieve their first 5 transactions.

Our Agent Achiever Program allows agents to receive a 95% commission split on all sales after reaching 125K in gross commissions in a one-year period. This matches or exceeds the capping programs you may have seen at other companies. This cap resets annually. An exciting feature; come to Connect and get credit for your current production and if you are already capped at your current company we'll cap you at Connect! It doesn't get better than that!
